Challenge

NTT is one of the largest Telco and IT Services company globally with revenue of over USD$108  billion. After acquiring  Dimension Data for US$8 billion – we were engaged  by the NTT Group based on our DD work.

The brief was to develop their global value proposition and positioning for the Global IT Solutions business ex-Japan.

Approach

The task was to clearly define who the NTT Group companies were and to bring clarity from a brand and service offering perspective. The project also looked at creating a new brand for the NTT Groups cloud offering. We needed to rethink how NTT group companies could deliver value to clients and designed a brand experience to surprise and delight across the customer journey.

This was delivered through a comprehensive Go-to-Market strategy and included the development of  websites, digital assets, external and internal launch plans.
